The city is believed to have been Lord Krishna’s home and boasts of the beautiful Dwarkadhish Temple. You must also visit the nearby Jagat temple, Rukmini Devi temple and especially the Bet Dwarka Temple, in the middle of a lake. Don’t forget to check out the Dwarka Lighthouse (40 m high), overlooking the magnificent Arabian Sea.
The Somnath Temple is one of the important religious places to visit in Gujarat and in fact, in India. It is the first amongst the twelve jyotirlingas (shrines) of Lord Shiva.
