While this may not be a route many would take, thought it would be good if I put the road conditions here for everyone.
We were near Vita in a farm stay which would soon be listed on our site. Run by an old friend and well wisher, but that's a different story. Back to the road conditions:
Vita - Dahiwadi - 3.5 / 5 . Decent
Dahiwadi - Dudhebavi - 2/5 - Bad
Phaltan - Supe - 1/5. A lot of places won't allow cars. The roads will be passing through the doorsteps of village huts. Not kidding!
Supe - Ranjangaon - 3/5. All of it 2 lane and don't have high expectations.
Ranjangaon - Manchar - 2/5. Bad bad bad.
Manchar - Godhegaon - 3/5
Godhegaon - Bhimashankar - 1/5
Scenic beauty of the road - 5/5 . If you want to experience the real country side of Maharashtra, this route will not dissapoint you as you criscross through small villages, where only Marathi is spoken. Farms after farms, lovely green all around. Some of the villages mentioned also fall on the Ashtavinayak corridor.
I'll follow this up with a trip log in the travelogue section!
Find the latest road conditions across India. Any update made here is verified by Scouts and then added to the Road Trip Planning Engine.
