1. Sangamner
2. Indore
3. Jaipur
4. Amritsar
5. Patnitop
6. Srinagar
7. Sonmarg / Kargil
8. Leh

This is what I plan for 1 way while going.

Ok. If 5 is Patnitop already then I'd suggest 6 to be Sonamarg, unless you're interested to cover Srinagar too.

Sonamarg to Leh will be too much to do in a day. Not that it is not doable, but you'll have to miss on a lot of places en-route.

Well, in my list I want Amristar and Srinagar to be covered because we may want to do sightseeing there. So, in that case it can be as below:-
1>Sangamner
2>Indore
3>Jaipur
4>Amritsar
5>Srinagar
6>Kargil
7>Leh

I think I can do these...

I would be happy if I get to know the routes between these cities as mentioned above. Because, for example from Bangalore-Sangamner there can be 2-3 routes, so in that case which is the best one...

Regards.

Why would you want specifically to include Sangamner and Indore? It's like putting in additional time just to be on the road, if there is no specific reason. What I mean to say is that you can as well go via Bangalore-Mumbai-Udaipur/Chittorgarh where we know the road conditions are excellent.

For Bangalore-Sangamner, I'd advise to stick to Bangalore-Mumbai highway till Pune (excellent highway) and then to Sangamner via Chakan.

Cool, in that case, if you look at the plan I had posted earlier, I had created it in a fashion that you don't repeat too much of same places and creates a garland of sorts on the map. :)

Do have a look and may be you can think of a innovating name to your trip! ;)

Here's the routemap broadly speaking: https://scoutmytrip.com/1840/bengaluru- ... antro-xing

Hey @rohit.joshi1

If you really want to spend time exploring Ladakh, and avoid the rushed commute to Delhi then the best way would be to ship your car in a vehicle container (They belt lock the car and no packing is required. That is how new cars are shipped) and should cost around around 25K for a return shipment: Bangalore - Delhi - Bangalore.

Cost If you were driving:

Fuel (Petrol): Rs.22000 (Assuming full tank gives 400 kms, and cost of petrol is Rs.80 per liter)
Tolls: Approximately: Rs. 3000 (Bangalore to DElhi)
Stay per night with Food: Rs. 4000 x 2 = Rs. 8000
Miscellaneous: Rs. 3000
Total: Rs: 22000 + 3000 + 8000 + 3000 = Rs. 36000
Duration in transit: 8 days approximately.

Cost of flight tickets: Bangalore to Delhi Return: Rs. 20000 for two people
Cab costs - airport transfers: Rs. 2000
Total: Rs. 22,000
Transport Cost: Rs. 25,000
TOTAL: Rs. 47,000
Duration in transit: 12-18 hours including airport transfers on both sides.

So by spending 11,000 more you'll save time and get to explore ladakh and north India better including Amritsar, Srinagar etc.

I would concur with what @royalenfielder has suggested. :)
