Cancellation Policy
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour
  • 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour
  • 07 days/later to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • Cancellation will be accepted on working days only, otherwise will be considered on next working day
Notes
  • Upgrade to 4 Star hotels/room category/meal plan possible under certain conditions and would be ScoutMyTrip's prerogative
  • Early check in and late check out subject to extra charges and availability, to be paid at Hotel directly
  • Transportation is not on disposal basis and will be available for an average of 250 kms/day and maximum 10 hours/day
